Welcome to WeBuilt Aggieland's gallery, where you can see what life will be like at the incredible community our residents will call home.
Each resident will have their own private unit within one of our 16 duplexes, allowing space for 32 residents to live an independent life to the fullest .
The Residences
Each home will include:
- a private entrance with safety features such as remote access locks and exterior
security cameras
- a comfortable, spacious living room
- a choice of interior paint colors to personalize their space
- a kitchen with fridge, microwave, sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher
- a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet
- in-unit washer and dryer
- walls with added soundproofing
The Community
Our community center is the heart of WeBuilt Aggieland. Evening meals in our dining room are included six days a week, prepared fresh and served family-style to encourage natural conversation and relationship building.
The center includes a large party room for game and movie nights, or watching sports. There is also an activity space perfect for creating arts and crafts.
Outside, residents enjoy a rural setting on several wooded acres of gated, quiet land, including a central courtyard where residents can play games or enjoy free time outdoors.
The community center will hold staff offices and living quarters for our onsite Program Director, whose focus will be running the operations and overseeing the program. An Overnight Manager will be available for any evening emergencies that may arise. Our Opportunities Coordinator plans and facilitates activities on and offsite, including transportation to shopping, activities and employment.
